![]() ![]() ![]() He was preceded in death by his father Roger Winn and uncle Butch Collins. William Burke, and many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends. Winn is survived by: his mother Beverly Winn, wife Judy Winn, daughter Ashley Winn, all of Pendleton, OR, children Sean and Melissa of Independence, MO, sisters: Janine Bearchum of Pendleton, OR, Lynsie Burke of Tempe, AZ, and Nicole Winn of Joseph, OR, brothers: Lance and Jeff Winn of Seattle, WA, Wup Winn of Joseph, OR, Brooker Jones of Pendleton, OR, Ben Bearchum of Pendleton, OR, and Tannon Strong of Pendleton, grandparents Mr. ![]() He also greatly enjoyed playing with his nephews and nieces. He enjoyed many outdoor recreations, including: snowmobiling, hunting, drag-racing and fishing. Winn was an active participant in the Tribal Ceremonial activities. Winns greatest enjoyment was to take his daughter Ashley to her softball practices and games. He began employment with the Wildhorse Resort and Casino as a Security Officer in December of 1997, and was promoted to a Security Director. Winn returned to his hometown of Pendleton, Oregon in September 1997 with his wife Judy and daughter Ashley. After his completion of active duty in the military, Mr. Winn married Judy Bradley in April 1993 and they together had a beautiful daughter, Ashley Winn. military until he was honorably discharged in the spring of 1997. He served in Desert Storm and continued serving in the U.S. He graduated from the Pendleton High School in 1984 and lived in Pendleton before he joined the U.S. Winn was born Februin Pendleton to Beverly and Roger Winn (deceased). Sign the condolence book at Burns Mortuary of Pendleton is in charge of arrangements. The family welcomes all who knew him to attend the funeral and memorial services. Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, Maat 9:00 AM at the Tutuilla Presbyterian Church, followed by burial at Tutuilla Cemetery in Pendleton, Oregon. Dressing Ceremony will be held Tuesday, Maat 2:00 PM at Burns Mortuary Chapel in Pendleton, followed by a Washat Service Tuesday evening at 7:00 PM at the Tribal Longhouse, Mission, Oregon.
